MINI SAUSAGE MUFFINS AKA BOOBIE BISCUITS

It has been a long time coming for these Mini Sausage Muffins. AKA Boobie Biscuits!!  I accidentally made these a few months back on INSTAGRAM and I’ve never laughed so hard at what originally was supposed to be something similar to “Pigs in a Blanket.”

Let’s go back a bit shall we!  I found some Aidell’s Mini Chicken Apple Sausages at the grocery store and immediately decided that they would be great nestled inside of a biscuit.  I got home, stuck them into the batter and baked them.  When they came out I almost died!  They looked exactly like I had cooked up a dozen boobs!

We all had a great laugh and a bunch of you told me that I HAD to put these on the blog even though the ingredients are super simple (thank you Simple Mills)

Here are a few ideas of when you can make boobie biscuits!

  • If you need to whip up something really fast for dinner.
  • For a birthday party for your kids (maybe call them something different than boobie biscuits though, haha)
  • At a bachelorette or baby shower party!
  • For Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

I like to use Simple Mills Artisan Bread Mix.  I just follow the recipe for making rolls, but turn them into muffins. (obvi) I like this brand because the ingredients are VERY clean and it tastes really good.  Of course if you have a great savory muffin recipe or other brand you prefer you can use that instead!
