Are you ready for the most delicious fries ever because these Chili Lime Sweet Potato Fries are just that! They are extremely easy to whip up and will give you all the feels! Did I mention that they are most delicious. Oh yes, I did. Just wanted to remind you all that in the first paragraph!!
I’ve been a huge kick with all things sweet potatoes lately. Like a full on sweet potato rager has been happening in this house since 2021 started. I decided to finally step it up a notch and do something a little more exciting that salt, pepper, and bacon, which is my go-to 99% of the time. But then I welcomed these Chili Lime Sweet Potato Fries and I don’t ever want to look back.
Before we get to the recipe, let me let you in on a little secret…..
….you don’t ACTUALLY have to make these into fries. If you prefer dicing your sweet potatoes up then do it! Fries are kinda fun every once in awhile though ya know! When it comes to cutting the sweet potato into fries, I like to slice in half, then take a half and slice it down the middle or into thirds if its real big. Then slice the other way to make fries!
These Chili Lime Sweet Potato Fries would be spectacular in an air fryer. Something I have yet to buy, but get all the googly eyes when I see other people use them. GOOGLE has all the air fryer times for you!
