I’m always looking for ways to improve my guac game! I like simple, but more than just a smashed up avocado on my plate. So I’ve been tweaking and twerking my way around the kitchen, trying to get that “this is it” recipe.
Alas, I think I’ve done it. And it has radishes in it. Crazy, I know!
GUACAMOLE
Ingredients
- -4 medium avocados
- -1/4 of a red onion, diced
- -1 diakon radish, finely diced
- -1 juice of lime + zest
- -1/2 cup pico de gallo
- -1 tbl garlic powder
- -lime salt and pepper
Instructions
- Scoop out avocados and place into a bowl. Take a fork and smash it up, making sure you leave some bigger pieces in it.
- Add all other ingredients mix and garnish with some cilantro.
Put atop pretty much anything!

My favorite restaurant uses radishes in their guac. It is a total game changer.
