I’m gonna jump right in and just say it….this is the best Instant Pot meal I have made thus far. I wouldn’t go as far as saying its the “best” because lets be real Michelle from Nom Nom Paleo has that with her Kalua Pork! It may possibly be (it is) 2nd best though!
I have been dreaming about these Salisbury Steak Meatballs for a few months now. Savory, delicious, comforting meat-a-balls (yes, I went there). You shouldn’t even question making these; because it’s a no brainer!
Let’s talk meal subscriptions! Have you ever had one before? I haven’t, and so I was very excited when Blue Apron reached out to me to see if I wanted to try out a box to see what I thought. Ummm heck yah, I’ll totally cook with Blue Apron; it’s everything I’ve dreamed about! Delicious, restaurant quality recipes, everything portioned out for me, and delivered straight to my door step. The only thing missing was the cook, but lucky for me I have a bunch of kids I can choose from to make these scrumptious meals for me! (see, look how much fun she is having lol)
I am so excited to share this Prosciutto and Arugula Flatbread with you all because there are a few “firsts” for me with this recipe!!
Numero uno: I finally used Simple Mills Artisan Bread. I know, I know….I’ve been living under a rock. Guys, this stuff is LEGIT. Like why the heck have I never tried it before?!?
Numero dos: This is the 1st recipe that I have used cheese. Yup, that’s right…..cheese. There are quite a few recipes where I give the option of adding cheese if that’s what you want to do, but I’ve never actually had a full blown recipe that has cheese in it! So your guys’ minds better be blown, cause mine is for sure!
And last, but not least, numero tres: This is my 1st time using a silicone baking sheet. Like I said….Living UNDER a rock! This silicone baking sheet is from my fave company Di Oro(don’t forget to get 25% off with the code ‘donutdioro’).
I’ve been wanting to make some tasty chicken wings for awhile now, but never got around to it because it seems like everyone and their mom has a chicken wing recipe. So I got to thinking; what could I do to change it up a bit, but still keep it “classic” and then BOOM it hit me. Flip the whole scenario around. Usually chicken wings are slathered in a buffalo sauce/hot sauce and then dipped in ranch, but if I did it the other way around that would be WAY better. Less mess and you can control the heat. Enter Ranch Chicken Wings with Buffalo Sauce. Winner Winner, chicken wing dinner. (Wait, what?!!)
I’m gonna start off by saying this is DEFINITELY not your “traditonal” chicken florentine….so don’t come a yellin’ at me! I took the traditional Chicken Florentine and added some schtuff, took out some schtuff, and kept some schtuff. (Tired of me saying Schtuff yet?!!) I have to say though….this Instant Pot Chicken Florentine turned out to be totally rad!
Are you ready for one of the most delicious meals you will put into your mouth?! I’m tellin’ ya, this sheet pan ranch pork loin is so good, you’ll be dreaming about it for dayyyzzz (I added z’s to show how serious I am)!
Let’s take a quick moment of silence for this Sheet Pan Moroccan Chicken. Why? Because it is one of my kids absolute favorite meals that I have ever made. It’s kind of funny, because when I originally made this for Whole30recipes I was nervous that my kids wouldn’t like the Moroccan flavors of this dish. Man oh man was I wrong. Like really really REALLY wrong. I should have made 2 pans of it because they blew right through this!
Ain’t no party like a butternut squash and sausage bake party! (wait, what?!!) When I first made this, the thing that kept going through my mind was “I totally need to have some friends over so we can brunch so hard with this meal” It is SO good. Even if butternut squash isn’t your thing, this quite possibly will change your mind!
You know what should be under everyone’s tree this year…..this pork tenderloin with pomegranate sauce. Okay, okay, that may be a little weird; “here’s a big piece of meat mom! Merry Christmas!” So perhaps you should just make it for Christmas dinner. You probably even have most of what this recipe calls for already at your house. If you don’t have any pork (or maybe you don’t eat pork) this is great on chicken, steak, and basically any type of fish out there!
