Leftovers. My fridge is usually filled with it after Thanksgiving and it seems to never end. My kids are definitely over soup and sandwiches, so this morning I decided to mix it up a bit.
I fired up my oven, grabbed some bacon, eggs, turkey, and cranberry sauce. And then proceeded to make one of the best breakfasts we’ve had in a long time.
This super easy breakfast is a perfect way to get rid of your leftovers!
BACON WRAPPED EGG WITH TURKEY AND CRANBERRY SAUCE
-7 slices peppered bacon
-homemade cranberry sauce
-preheat oven to 375°. Grab a muffin tin and wrap bacon around edges. Crack an egg in the middle and place in oven.
-bake for 25 min. Take out and let cool for 5 min.
-top with slices of turkey and cranberry sauce.
Side note: I was a bit skeptical about cranberry sauce and egg, but, OH. MY. GOSH. So amazing.
